There is always a difference between doing cardio and regular workouts. Regular workouts help us to gain muscle in which we need to intake protein content food. But cardio help us to loose your fat content and increase our stamina. Reducing our body weight is not as easy as we say. We should make ourselves ready to sacrifice some of our food and change our food habit completely.
